Why are there only 10 Tea Bags? Our teas are very strong and the therapeutic value comes from the length of time you brew, not the amount you use, allowing you to make a larger quantity with each tea bag. Therefore 10 Tea Bags can make 20 serves or more. If we put less product into each tea bag then the therapeutic benefits are reduced.
Pop a tea bag into a jug (around 500ml) and add hot water. Brew for 10-15 mins or until the tea develops a good colour (you can even let it brew overnight in the fridge).
Allow the liquid to cool and serve as a drink or over food. A little honey can be added for flavouring if required.
Brewed liquid stays fresh for 2 days in the fridge, so you can always have some at hand.

Vitali-TEA tea contains St. Johns Wort, Astralgus Root, Lavendar, Red Rose Petals, Sacred Lotus Flower, Gingko & Nettle Leaves and is a great all round daily brew to help maintain healthy lungs, heart, kidneys & liver and 1 teaspoon is strong enough for 2 average or 1 large brew.
Mobili-TEA tea contains Lemon Balm, Sacred Lotus Flower, Ginger Root, White Willow Bark, Red Rose Petals, Chamomile & Devils Claw and may assist with Joint Pain, Arthritis & Inflammation. 1 teaspoon is strong enough for 2 average or 1 large brew.
